  • 1 packet(s) Grace One Pot Seasoning (All Purpose Flavour)
  • 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon(s) scotch bonnet pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) Grace Vegetable Oil
  • 1 sprig(s) thyme
  • 3 stalk(s) escallion, chopped
  • 2 dozen(s) ackee, cleaned, boiled and drained
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt (optional)

Ackee and Veggie Mince Toss Directions

  1. Re-hydrate Grace One Pot Seasoning - All Purpose Flavour in 1/2 cup boiling water and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat Grace Vegetable Oil and saute seasonings.
  3. Add rehydrated Grace One Pot Seasoning and stir, allow to cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add ackee, black pepper and toss lightly, allow to cook for an additional 5 minutes.

    To Serve: Ideal with fried dumplings or boiled ground provision.
