Grace Kitchens opened its doors 40 years ago to serve Jamaican consumers. This year the Grace Kitchens team is celebrating this major milestone with a special week of activities.

Thursday April 16 -  The team launched its anniversary magazine (Grace Kitchens Connections “a lifestyle magazine for homemakers and their families”) and week of activities in the multifunction room at 73 Harbour Street.

Sunday April 19, 2009  - Special church service commemorates the 40th anniversary at Boulevard Baptist Church in Kingston starting at 9 a.m.

Sunday April 19,2009  - The Outlook Supplement in the Sunday Gleaner publishes a 4-page pull-out section on Grace Kitchens.

Friday April 24, 2009 – Special Awards Dinner and Banquet at Terra Nova Hotel to honor key individuals.

May 2009  - During Child Month the Grace Kitchens team will visit and make a donation to St Anne’ s Basic School to celebrate with the school as part of the big Teachers/Students Day) on May 13. The team will unveil a mural featuring “Vinnie” with uplifting messages.
