Tuna and White Bean Salad Directions

To prepare dressing, whisk together first 7 ingredients (lemon juice through pepper) until blended.
Combine tomatoes, onion, parsley, beans and tuna in a bowl. Toss to combine and top with cheese (optional). Serve and enjoy.
